The ductwork cleaning component

Back when I was very working for this major national parcel service, I used to see all kinds of weird stuff getting shipped from our neighborhood to somewhere else; it was normal for me to find a box of crickets, live ammunition, used animal litter, or even a living reptile in a box! Of course, some things are not permitted for being sent through the mail or the package shipping system. I sometimes thik about those days when I’m working at my new job. Now, I handle purchasing for a local heating, ventilation and A/C service provider. It’s a pretty cozy job, and I do love hearing the tales that these Heating, Ventilation & A/C service workers will share with me after their calls. One of my very favorites reminds me of my time back in the package handling business, as this worker told me about how he had to perform a Heating, Ventilation & A/C HVAC duct cleaning for this local resident. He said that he’d heard a strange sort of buzzing and humming sound coming from the HVAC duct, but he figured it was just the sound of the air conditioner still running. Once he stuck his long cleaning brush far enough into the HVAC duct, however, he quickly understood what the real source of the buzzing was! To his surprise and the resident’s horror, a large swarm of bees flew out of the HVAC duct, stinging the worker a few times before flying out through an open door in the room. While our HVAC company advocates having your Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan ducts cleaned every few months or so at a minimum, that worker made it clear that he wasn’t doing another HVAC duct cleaning for a very long time!
